Aqua has once again been recognized by the American Advertising Federation for displaying excellence in advertising, announcing today that its work has reached the final phase of the annual American Advertising Awards, formerly the ADDYs.

The firm’s submission – sales collateral targeting the Sports Marketing segment created for client The Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau – had already earned top honors in the Collateral / Brochure category at the Award’s Local and District levels, and is now eligible to win at the final, national level.

The American Advertising Awards are the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year. Winners in each category are determined by a scoring process through which an esteemed panel of judges evaluates the creative dimensions of each entry.

“Winning an ADDY award – on any level – is a great achievement,” said Aqua President, Dave Di Maggio. “It is an honor to have reached the national level and to have our work recognized among the best in the country. It reaffirms the world-class caliber of our team and validates the efforts we put forth on behalf of our clients.”

The National ADDY competition will be held on June 13 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

The recent recognition is only the latest in a string of consistent wins for the agency. Recognized through a variety of awards recognizing the best in marketing communication, Aqua has also garnered statewide acclaim in the destination marketing/tourism industry through Visit Florida’s Flagler Awards and international acclaim from Hospitality Sales & Marketing International (HSMAI) for having devised some of the world’s best marketing communication in the tourism, travel and hospitality industries.
