Destination Weddings Marketed for Chiles Group

WeddingsAqua has rolled out an extensive integrated marketing campaign for client the Chiles Restaurant Group, designed to promote the group’s destination wedding planning services and unique island venues.

The plan included the creation of a new, weddings-focused website (www.BeAnIslandBride.com), and the construction and management of weddings social media platforms. The campaign also saw the development and execution of a Facebook contest, titled, “The Vows & Venue Giveaway,” targeted advertising and more.

Having already established itself as one of the region’s trusted, one-stop solution for all destination wedding and event needs, the Chiles Restaurant Group has earned The Knot: Best Wedding Venue nine consecutive years beginning in 2007, Wedding Wire: Couples Choice Award for six consecutive years beginning 2010 and The Knot: Best of Weddings Hall of Fame.

Identifying the need for a more concentrated marketing effort surrounding its award-winning venues, services and staff – in order to better assist brides and event planners with their venue search and planning needs – the Chiles Restaurant Group collaborated with Aqua’s internationally-acclaimed staff, including Senior Art Director Thom Hart and Account Executive Fran Rinna, to assist.

In December, Aqua launched www.BeAnIslandBride.com, which features a responsive design and mobile capabilities, including rich photography, services, testimonials and a call to action allowing potential brides and grooms to tailor their optimal, dream wedding all from the site.

The new weddings Facebook page, www.Facebook.com/BeAnIslandBride and the “Vow & Venue Giveaway” – through which winners will have their wedding site fee waived – and provided media plan with a heightened focus on online and social media advertising, which is currently being implemented.
