Aqua Marketing and Communications Announces Hire of Megan Brewster

Aqua Marketing & Communications, Inc. is pleased to announce the hire of Megan Brewster who assumes the role of Public Relations Manager within the growing agency.

Originally from the Boston area, Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, a minor in Spanish and a Certificate in Business from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.

Megan brings a wealth of experience working in national domestic media relations, including print, broadcast and online media. She previously served as Account Executive at Tampa-based full-service agencies National Strategies Public Relations and Fry Hammond Barr where she executed comprehensive campaigns for a broad range of clients. She also founded Impression Public Relations in 2013.

Prior to moving to the Tampa area, Megan filled public relations roles at New York City public relations firms CooperKatz and Company and a R.C. Auletta and Company. Over the course of her career she has provided support for clients in the healthcare, arts, food and beverage, consumer services, sports, real estate and non-profit industries / sectors.

“As more and more of our clients are focusing on public relations as part of their overall communications plans, we knew we would need to bolster the agency’s already strong PR component and Megan seemed like the perfect fit,” said Aqua President Dave Di Maggio. “Megan will fill an important role for our clients and within the agency as we continue to grow, and we are confident that she will be a great addition.”

Aqua’s work for Public Relations clients has recently been awarded by Visit Florida’s Flagler Awards recognizing the best in tourism public relations in the state, as well as by Hospitality Sales and Marketing International’s Adrian Awards, recognizing the best travel, tourism and hospitality public relations internationally.
