With a background in the hospitality and tourism industry, she has managed clients and marketing campaign initiatives that have helped elevate businesses to new heights. Her time working with companies, including the University of Miami, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Royal Caribbean Cruises, has given her the expertise to handle any crisis. When Tracy is not busy managing clients, she enjoys traveling and taking in the culture and diversity that South Florida has to offer.
