Daytona Beach International Airport Takes Flight Despite Pandemic

Right Here.,” elevated awareness and increased consumer traction, earning the airport record rankings with the Federal Aviation Administration, which named it the busiest airport in the state of Florida for three consecutive months (August – October 2020).

Not only is this incredible news given the current travel climate because of the pandemic, but it’s the first time DAB has ever received such recognition. As a result of this success, leading carrier, American Airlines, announced two new nonstop routes to Philadelphia and Dallas from Daytona Beach. These additional routes ensure the future of DAB and make it easier than ever for tourists to visit Daytona Beach and locals to reach more destinations.
